Debra Engelhardt-Nash, a practice management consultant and seminar leader, co-founded Ross Nash Seminars with her husband, Dr. Ross Nash. Throughout her career, she has worked in hundreds of dental offices, evaluating day-to-day operations and offering creative solutions to help practices run more smoothly. Debra writes and lectures internationally on practice management and team building, and is on the Editorial Board of Contemporary Esthetics and Restorative Practice.
Debra has been an instructor for Central Piedmont Community College Dental Assisting Program in Charlotte, NC and has also taught for Oregon Health Sciences University, Continuing Dental Education Department. Additionally, she has repeatedly presented programs and workshops for the American Dental Association.
Debra is a founding member and has served two terms as President of the National Academy of Dental Management Consultants, where she received their first Charles Kidd Meritorious Service Award. She also serves on the Board of the American Dental Assistants Association Foundation.
