Committed to Continuing Education
Kimberly Miller, R.D.H., B.S. has provided in-office consulting in over 150 private dental practices using the JP “Evolutionary Hygiene” training curriculum and philosophy. This education platform includes “hands on” training of each dental team member in etiology, time management, fee-structuring, verbal communication skills, case acceptance for ideal/optimum dentistry, hygiene procedure distinctions, and identifying team support and individual roles in all aspects of patient care, case acceptance, periodontal treatment, and therapy. Training is also provided in the clinical setting for all appropriate team members and includes hands-on early disease recognition, probing continuity, micro-ultrasonic instrumentation techniques, therapeutic techniques, use of adjunctive therapies and treatment planning.
Additionally, as a senior consultant of JP Consultants Institute, Kim provides training of the JP curriculum in a variety of settings, which include study groups, seminars, workshops and speaking engagements both in the United States and Canada.
